The method involves compiling information that is necessary for the solution of a computer program problem using a program. The information is analyzed by another program for the purpose of determining whether the computer program problem is new or already known. A lodged solution is provided for trouble shooting the computer program problem using the latter program or a third program. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a computer program (B) a system for processing of computer program problems.
