The plate has a friction pad (2) arranged directly or indirectly over a support unit. The friction pad is fixed by a fastening unit (3) at the plate and/or at the support unit, where the fastening unit is a screw, which is composed of a thermosetting plastic. A screw head has a diameter, which amounts to 1.5 times of a diameter of a screw shank. The friction pad has a thread (6) for cooperating with a thread of the fastening unit. An independent claim is also included for a clutch device with a clutch plate.
