Cosmetic active substance complex (I), for skin regeneration, comprises an extract of Centaurea cyanus (5-20 wt.%) and an extract of the seeds of the soya bean (80-95 wt.%), related to the total weight of (I), and where the extract mixture is present in a carrier material in a concentration of 0.1-20 wt.%.
