Formulation (I), for the caring of skin, nails and hair, for promoting hair growth, delay of the hair loss and for support with hair transplantation, comprises an active agent complex comprising germinated wheat flour, fenugreek seed extract and millet seed extract. Independent claims are included for: (1) a dermatological formulation (II) comprising an active agent complex, N-biotinyl-Gly-His-Lys, oleanolic acid, apigenin, diosgenin, trigonelline and L-arginine (0.1-5%), ethanol (5-50%), isopropanol (5.5-10%), an acid or base within a pH range of 6.8-7.8 and water (to made upto 100%), which is useful together with (I) for prophylactic and/or therapeutic treatment of hair loss; and (2) a kit in the form of an active system comprising peroral formulation of (I) and (II). ACTIVITY : Dermatological. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
