The lock has a pressure plate (3) flexibly fitted to a brake shoe (5) at one side and with an operating lever (2) at another brake shoe (6) over a bolt (4) at other side. Rolling surfaces (9) are designed at the pressure plate perpendicular to supporting force which operates at the bolt, where the bolt is rolled on the surfaces during relative movement of the operating lever on the plate. An independent claim is also included for a duo-servo-brake of a motor vehicle with an expansion lock.
