The drive has a drive motor with drive transmission and sealed housing having a valve (5) for connecting a pressure device (6) through which excess pressure can be generated in the housing by means of a gas. The pressure device has a pressure reservoir (7) connectable to the valve for storing the pressurised gas. Independent claim describes seat with pressure device. Independent claim describes method for cleaning seat by attaching pressure device to housing valve before cleaning, actuating the pressure device so that gas is brought to excess pressure in the housing and then carrying out cleaning whereby the pressure device compensates for pressure losses in the housing.
