The unit has an aggregate carrier (10) and door-interior lining (20) detachably connected with the carrier. The carrier is connected with a recess (41) by a resting unit (30), which grips in the recess in an inner cover of a door. The resting unit is formed integral with the carrier and as a resting clamp (31) that is deviated around a pivotal point. A connection between the carrier and the lining is realized by clip connections. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle with a door having an inner cover.
