Rotatable root canal instrument has a grip (4) which is lockable with the drive and has the instrument part (5) at the opposite side toward the direction of the tip. The outer part of this instrument part are in the form of screw (1). The instrument part is made of nickel titanium material and the edges of the screw are blunt.
