Circuit with switchable charge neutrality, with complementary data input nodes for reception of dual-rail-data signal and complementary data

Complementary data input nodes (A-A, A-AZQ) receive dual-rail-data signal (A, AQ), while complementary data output nodes (AAZ, AAZA) transmit dual-rail-data signal. Controllabe connecting switch (NEQL) is coupled to complementary data nodes (Y,YQ) for signal (EQL) for connecting switch. Circuit is operable in two modes, i.e. energy saving mode for connecting switch high-ohmic control, and safety mode for low-ohmic control of switch, when complementary data nodes potential should be approximated. - Independent claims are included for method for operating dual-rail-circuit.
