The device has spring connector (3) and fixing frame (4). Spring connector has connecting span with two legs coming from it. Fixing frame is provided with several projections at a distance in longitudinal direction which are fixed in such a way that they can fit into holes intended in boundary region of poster (1) and with guidance for admission of spring connector. Projections intervene in guidance for admission of spring connector in such a manner that one leg of spring connector can fit in guidance at fixing frame and the other in a guidance at framework (2). An independent claim is also included for an advertising board.
