Use of aqueous dispersions of water-soluble (co)polymer (I) with ethylenically unsaturated monomer, for the production of textile materials, (where (I) is e.g. printing paste for pigment printing), comprises at least a aqueous dispersion obtained in the presence of at least two water-soluble polymers (where the first water-soluble polymers are e.g. polyalkyleneglycols; and the second water-soluble polymers are e.g. synthetic copolymers). Use of aqueous dispersions of water-soluble (co)polymer (I) with at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer, for the production of textile materials, (where (I) is a printing paste for pigment printing with a dynamic viscosity of 0.1-59 dPas at 20[deg]C; printing paste for transfer printing, dispersion printing, printing with acid- and metallocomplex dye, reactive printing or vat printing; dye liquors for textile colouring; coating agents; and finish liquor), comprises at least an aqueous dispersion obtained in the presence of at least two water-soluble polymers (where the first water-soluble polymers are grafting polymers (a) of vinylacetate and/or vinylpropionate on polyalkyleneglycol or on polyalkyleneglycols, where one- or two sides are replaced with alkyl-, carboxyl- or amino groups; copolymers (a1) of alkylpolyalkyleneglycol(meth)acrylate and (meth)acrylic acid; polyalkyleneglycols; or polyalkyleneglycols, where one- or two sides are replaced with alkyl-, carboxyl- or amino groups; and the second water-soluble polymers are hydrolyzed copolymers of vinylalkylether and maleic acid anhydride as free polyacid or at least partially neutralize with alkali metal hydroxides or ammonium bases; (un)modified strengthener; or synthetic copolymers (obtained by copolymerization of one or more non-ionic monoethylenically unsaturated monomers; one or more cationic monoethylenically unsaturated monomers; optionally one or more anionic monoethylenically unsaturated monomers, where the molar part of cationic monomers are higher than anionic monomers)). Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparation of a printing paste for pigment printing with a dynamic viscosity of 0.1-59 dPas at 20[deg]C, printing paste for transfer printing, dispersion printing, printing with acid- and metallocomplex dye, reactive printing or vat printing, dye liquors for textile coloring and finish liquor comprising using (I); (2) preparation of coating agents for textiles comprising using (I) (where the synthetic copolymers are obtained by copolymerization of monomers ((meth)acrylamide, N-vinylformamide, N-vinylpyrrolidone or N-vinylcaprolactam); one or more cationic monoethylenically unsaturated monomers (di-1-4C alkylamino-2-4C-alkyl(meth)acrylate, partially or quantitatively neutralized or partially or quantitatively quaternised with 1-4-alkyl or benzyl); optionally one or more anionic monoethylenically unsaturated monomers ((meth)acrylic acid, vinylsulfonic acid, vinylphosphonic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, itaconic acid, crotonic acid, respectively as a free acid or as alkalimetal- or ammonium salts), where the molar part of cationic monomers are higher than anionic monomers); (3) printing paste for pigment printing with a dynamic viscosity of 0.1-59 dPas at 20[deg]C, printing paste for transfer printing, dispersion printing, printing with acid- and metallocomplex dye, reactive printing or vat printing, dye liquors for textile colouring; coating agents and finish liquor, is obtained by the above method; (4) a method for printing on textile comprising using at least a printing paste; (5) a method for coloring textile comprising using at least one dye liquor; (6) a method for coating textile comprising using at least one coating agent; (7) a method for finishing textile comprising using at least one finish liquor; (8) textile of substrates, printed by the above method; and (9) pigment preparation comprising at least (I).
