Ferroelectric capacitor`s technical characteristic determining method, involves determining electrical currents by creating alternating voltage at capacitor, and deriving current portions from result of subtraction of determined currents

The method involves determining electrical currents with two different frequencies by creating an alternating voltage at a ferroelectric capacitor. The determined currents are subtracted and the capacitive and/ore resistive current portions are derived from the result of the subtraction. A hysteresis curve is deduced from the result of the subtraction, and an output obtained by the subtraction is standardized. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining technical characteristics of ferroelectric capacitors.
