The method involves collecting natural water in or at mountains, rivers, lakes, artificial lakes, channels and leading to a water reservoir. The reservoir functioning as receiving streams, from which water is transferred into another floods (15) or to aqua-civilization-houses (1, 2, 3). Water reservoir plants are applied from receiving streams and aqua-cultivation plants in order to maintain high water floods and strong rain on pool.
