An ultrasonic transmitter provided on the conduit or water jet nozzle (3) of a high-pressure cleaner produces ultrasonic waves applied on the water jet discharged from the nozzle. The transmitter consists of an ultrasonic generator (6) coupled with a piezo element (7) located at the bend (8) of a water discharge pipe (9). The water discharge pipe runs from the conduit to the water jet nozzle and is adjoined to an auxiliary pipe (10) for directing the ultrasonic waves to the water jet. An independent claim is also included for an auxiliary pipe.
