A programmable micro template on a hydraulic gel basis comprises an actuator controlled by an electrical/ electronic compatible factor of the volume degree of expansion and the deflection. The temperature sensitive hydrogels used are N-isopropylacrylamide, polyvinylmethylether, hydroxyethyl methacrylate acetoacetoxyethyl and methacrylate.
