A pharmacy- or prescription-obligatory device comprises a contact point provided for a buyer of medicines, where electronic data connection is provided for transmission of data of the supplied medicine and/or the messenger from the contact point to a pharmacy for bringing a prescription from the contact point to the pharmacy and the medicine from the pharmacy to the contact point. A pharmacy- or prescription-obligatory device comprises a contact point provided for an ultimate buyer of medicines. An electronic data connection is provided for transmission of data of the supplied medicine and/or the messenger from the contact point to a pharmacy for bringing a prescription from the contact point to the pharmacy and the medicine from the pharmacy to the contact point or another location desired by the ultimate buyer. The contact point is arranged in a department store, a shopping center, a supermarket, a doctor`s surgery, a store saloon by the buyer frequented position and is an automatic self-service terminal. The buyer requests a messenger of a prescription at the contact point for surrender of a prescription or gives an order and collects the medicine after the order. An independent claim is also included for a method of supply and/or retrieval of pharmacy-obligatory or prescription-obligatory medicines outside of a pharmacy for an ultimate buyer.
