The plates (3, 4): are used for redirecting the water flow fastened in the reactor distanced from its base and side panel; has a drilling, through which a removable device (5) is arranged to the opening and closing of the drillings by cone and/or cylindrical ends; and has rotating openings in the boundary region. The upper end of the device is connected with non-fastened plate and has a mounting plate. The heating devices are arranged in distanced sections of the reactor. The inlet and/or outlet are arranged in upper and/or lower area of the reactor. The reactor consists of high-grade stainless steel or thermal resistant material and the inner wall of the reactor is roughened. An independent claim is also included for procedure of decalcifying water, removing pollutants, reducing turbidity and disinfection.
