The system for treating water from housing, hotel, hospital or campsite, comprises physico-chemical water treatment device (2), an inlet (3) connected to a source of water to treat and an outlet for removing the water after passes through the treatment device, a water recirculating loop comprising a pump (7) to generate a water flow through the treatment device during operation, and a controlling device (8) sensitive to the water flow removed from the outlet of the system and tending to maintain the flow of the water through the treatment device. The system for treating water from housing, hotel, hospital or campsite, comprises physico-chemical water treatment device (2), an inlet (3) connected to a source of water to treat and an outlet for removing the water after passes through the treatment device, a water recirculating loop comprising a pump (7) to generate a water flow through the treatment device during operation, and a controlling device (8) sensitive to the water flow removed from the outlet of the system and tending to maintain the flow of the water through the treatment device above a preset threshold while acting on the operation of the pump according to the flow of the removed water. The controlling device is arranged to act, after a time delay, on the functioning of the pump to decrease the water flow in the recirculation loop, or to stop the flow in the recirculation loop when the water flow passes through the treatment device. The controlling device comprises a first flow controller arranged to actuate the operation of the pump when the withdrawal of the water at the inlet of the system exceeds a first predefined value, and a second flow controller to interrupt the operation of the pump when the withdrawal of the water at the inlet of the system exceeds a second predefined value. The controlling device comprises a time-delay arranged to avoid short cycles of the pump operation. The treatment device is arranged to perform a micro-electrolysis, subject the water to a magnetic field and/or to support coagulation and/or flocculation. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process of physico-chemical treatment of a water through a physico-chemical treatment device; and (2) a process for protection against scaling and/or corrosion and/or bacterial growth in sanitary water pipes.
