Optical corrector (54,56) of semiconductor diode laser (50) astigmatic radiation diverges in first direction divergence angle, as well as in second direction divergence angle. It contains first lens (54) for radiation collimation.There is second lens (56), independent of first lens. The two lenses form optically monoaxial, gradient index lens, while second lens is dispersion lens. Preferably both lenses are effective in the same direction. Independent claims - are included for semiconductor diode laser, its use in write-read-out laser module for optical memory system and method for correction of properties of astigmatic laser radiation.
