The gear box has a housing and a drive shaft. A group of adjustable gears e.g. odd set of gears and reverse gear, of the gear box is assigned to an input shaft. Another group of adjustable gears e.g. even set of gears, of the gear box is assigned to another input shaft. An electrical motor is provided with a stator (26) and a rotor (27), where the rotor is circular and is connected to the former input shaft by a rotor support.
