The motor has a brake disk connected form-fit and/or fixedly with a rotor shaft of the motor, where the brake disk steps in operative connection with a brake surface of motor housing parts during engaging of a brake (10) or a clutch. The brake disk is made of ceramic metal e.g. aluminum, or aluminum plasma-electrolytically oxidized at the surface. One the motor housing parts is heat-conductingly connected i.e. housing-formed, with stator windings of the motor, and exhibits a bearing retainer for a bearing of the rotor shaft. The motor housing part retains the bearing of the rotor shaft.
