The system has an illuminant e.g. light emitting diode (LED)-arrangement with organic light emitting diodes (OLED), and a diffusing panel (3) with a segment that stands in a defined angle deviation of an optical axis. The segment has outer- and/or inner-sided OLED surfaces (4, 5, 6) that are provided for display of close area e.g. signal perception in a traffic technical protection system. The illuminant is designed as an OLED-module (1).
