The device provides a ventilator (2), which sucks in air contaminated with dust mite, bacteria, from a living space. An ozone generator (3) is provided to ozonise and oxidize an aerosol-generated air. An ozone and fine particulate matter eliminating filter (5) is provided to separate the fine particulate matter, battery and viruses from the sucked air through ozonisation. The filter removes excess ozone content to provide healthy air. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a multi-stage filter.
