The present invention relates to an air intake device for a vehicle and an air intake structure for a vehicle, provided in a vehicle such as a heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) system, or the like, to supply air to the inside of a compartment of a vehicle. In detail, when ambient air is introduced to an air intake duct, fine floating matters such as dust, or the like, included in the air is electrically charged, and a mesh filter provided in the air intake duct to filter out a foreign object such as fallen leaves, or the like, is also electrically charged with the same polarity as that of the fine floating matters to cause a repulsion between the mesh filter and the fine floating matters to minimize fine floating matters passing through the mesh filter and adsorption of the fine floating matters to the mesh filter, thus enhancing quality of air introduced to the vehicle and lengthening a replacement period of the mesh filter according to contamination.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
