Transfer gearbox for motor vehicle, e.g. motor vehicle with part time four-wheel drive has adjustable clutch mechanism and axle, which is mounted with one end at housing side and abuts with other end into interior of housing
Transfer gearbox (1) has adjustable clutch mechanism (5) for distributing driving torque over drive shaft (2) in housing (28) into two output shafts (3,4) whereby an output shaft can be connected with drive shaft over clutch mechanism. Clutch mechanism is operated by an electric motor (7). Axle (11) is mounted with end at housing side and abuts into interior (27) of housing with other end.
