The vehicle drive train has a vehicle length transfer gearbox (3) for distributing a drive torque to two vehicle axles (4,5). The vehicle length transfer gearbox has an input shaft (31), an intermediate shaft (32) torsionally coupled with the input shaft by a transmission step (U1) and an angle drive (34) torsionally coupled with the intermediate shaft by a coupling (K1). The intermediate shaft and the former vehicle axle are arranged to each other, such that a rotation axis of the intermediate shaft is laterally displaced corresponding to a rotation axis of the former vehicle axle.
