1,5-Dihydro-pyrrol-2-one compounds (I) and their salts and esters are new. 1,5-Dihydro-pyrrol-2-one compounds of formula (I) and their salts and esters are new. R1, R2cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, (hetero)aryl or (hetero) arylalkyl; and R3(hetero)alkyl, cycloalkyl, (hetero)aryl or (hetero)arylalkyl. Independent claims are also included for compounds (I) in combination with one or more anti-tumor agents or one or more antiviral agents.
