The actuator (1) has two control units operated at the same for controlling and moving on a switching surface with respect to two centerlines between control actions, and third control unit for outputting control instructions. Mobile guides (5.3) are freely adjusted to limit movement of the control units on the switching surface with respect to the coordinates of centerlines. The actuator is arranged and movably held on an even surface (8) which is set horizontally or in inclined manner. The guides may be provided in the form of rolling friction guide or sliding friction guide. An independent claim is included for the vehicle computer.
