The walker has a handle (26) arranged at an upper end, and a section bumper arranged at a base-sided end of a supporting rod for securing a position of the walker in an impact point. The supporting rod coaxially encloses a tactile rod (14) in an inner space. The rod (14) is axially pulled out when it gets mechanical admission at a lower end of the supporting rod, where the walker forms a tactile stick together with the supporting rod.
