The method involves demultiplexing the signaling sessions carried on a signaling channel and selecting a signaling session with a mobile data service. The data sessions associated with the mobile data service are identified using the information in the selected signaling session. The information related to the mobile data service is obtained from a resource using the information in the selected signaling session.
