The light source has one P-N junction (3) which is formed by the two semi-conducting materials (1,2) for the induced emission of light. One of the semi-conducting materials is embodied in the form of particles so that the large amount of light is produced. The particles or corpuscles are present in the form of grains. An independent claim is also included for the method of production of light source.
