The bed bottle (1) has a neck (2), bottle body (3) and an internal bottle wall (4) along with a bottle base (5). The system has provision of one way flow only. It has a continuing recess (6) along the entire height (29) of bed bottle. A one way bag (7), insertable into bed bottle through the recess, is arranged, which can be held in a filled and/or unfilled condition. An independent claim is also included for a bed pan.
