The head has a stator (2) with a frustum shaped chamber (3) filled with hydraulic absorption fluid, where middle axis of the chamber corresponds to a central stator axis (6). An actuator is firmly connected with a rotor and forms a surface gap (13) with a wall of the chamber. A servo unit (11) is provided for axial adjustment of the rotor to vary the width of the gap. A hydraulic absorption unit is provided between the stator and rotor.
