The device has a heat removal body, heat removal ribs and a ventilator (7). The body has a container (11) with a cooling medium (5) and a bypass pipe. The cooling medium is brought over the pipe through the ribs. A reflux (3) is arranged in the container such that the medium is liquefied in the container and conducted over a passage to a cooling channel. The medium is again liquefied and lead back to the container through the reflux.
