The device (1) has a case (2) with pipe guide (3) for introduction of drainage pipe. Two blade ducts (5), arranged one behind the other in the axial direction in pipe duct, are at 90[deg] to each other. Parting blade (4) is aligned lengthwise at the center of pipe duct. Parting blade is adjustable in outer cross section of hose duct from zero position to active position and is held by the hose duct.
