The safety valve (20) has two separate locking pistons (41, 42) mutually subjected to spring forces of compression springs (61, 62) in an axial direction, so that the pistons are kept in a normal/open middle position (65) and open-normal positions (66, 67) when hydraulic medium i.e. oil, flows from a supply channel (22) into a drainage channel (25), or vice versa with a flow rate that is zero or smaller than a limit flow rate. The hydraulic medium flows from the supply channel into the drainage channel and vice versa in the positions.
