The single-piece neoprene panel (1) is formed to a tube (8), sticking the ends (A, B) together with neoprene adhesive. One section is cut half-round (3). To conform with the surface area of the lamp housing, an anti-slip neoprene layer (2) without textile covering is adhered to the interior of the tube. Hook and loop fastenings are employed. Provision is made to secure cables. The neoprene is reinforced and protected by e.g. nylon/polyester jersey cloth. Further details of construction are provided.
