The boiler has a body (2) made up of plastic, and a pipeline (1) for guiding cold water and for discharging warm water from the boiler. The pipeline is utilized for connection at zero-ground lines, and three electrodes (3) are connected to three phases. The electrodes are inserted below an angle of 120 degree, such that the boiler can be operated simultaneously in single phase and intermediate phase conditions.
