The device has a controller, a temperature sensor connected to a boiler or alternatively connected to the inlet valve. The sensor monitors the heating water quality in the heater and or in an attached heating circle with which the controller is located. The sensor can be set for a range with high and low temperatures. The flow rate of water can also be sensed by a sensor so when falling below pre-set values, the controller request maintenance.
