The lug has a hanging holder made up of wire, where the wire ends passes up to the center or to the right and left over the entire width of the holder to form a dual support. A hanging plate with holes is provided for fastening to a picture frame. The hanging plate is smaller than the holder, such that the holder can be arranged to the right or left of the lug. The holder is arranged in form of a ring at the top for support on a nail.
