The device has a plastically deformable heat exchanger body with a surface to transfer heat to ambient air and another surface to transfer heat from a heating unit (10) to the heat exchanger body. The latter surface is provided opposite to a pressing unit for pressing the heating unit on the latter surface. The pressing unit is connected with the body by plastically deformable connecting sections.
