The pouch for the two-way mailing of circular data storage media such as DVDs or CDs comprises a front side section (22) formed on a rear side section (21) and folded over and glued to it so that a pocket with an upper withdrawal gap is formed. A sealing flap (23) is formed on the rear side section and has an upper sub-section (23a) connected to the rear side section and a removable lower sub-section (23b) connected to the upper sub-section. In a sealed mail-to state the whole sealing flap section seals the pouch, and in a sealed return state the lower sub-section is removed and only the upper sub-section seals the pouch.
