The device has a lever (1) including a magnet (4) that is provided at an arm (4), and another magnet (6) provided under the base of the magnet (4). Magnetic conditional force acting between the magnets causes the lever to pivot around the axis. A compensating mass is attached to another arm (7) of the lever. The mass is selected such that no movement of the lever takes place, during crashing at obstacles.
