The activator has a laser contact unit (3a) with an activation unit, which includes a semiconductor laser emitter to emits visible red laser light having a wavelength of 650 nanometer and 5 milli watts to irradiate parts of a person`s body. The contact unit shape corresponds to the body part e.g. arm pit, shape such that the contact unit makes direct contact with the body part. The contact unit is connected with a main unit via a cable.
