Device for immune-enzymatic proof of antibodies in a liquid sample, comprising container, porous membranes with antigens and absorbing layer, is new. The layer exhibits capillaries located in connection with the pores of the membrane (2). The liquid is laid on the membrane to absorb and passed through another membrane (2a). The velocity (0.04-1 ml/min.cm2) of flow of the liquid is adjusted on the membrane. The antigen is applied in the form of geometrical forms on the surface of the membrane. The geometric forms become naked eye visible after applying and incubation of the fluid sample with the primary antibodies. The primary antibody is applied more binding with enzyme (4) of secondary antibodies on the membrane and laid on the substrate solution. The reaction of the enzyme of the secondary antibody with the substrate leads to a coloring in the area of the geometrical form. The total incubation time amounts to 13-20 minutes. An independent claim is included for diagnostic proof kit to the immune-enzymatic proof of antibodies in a liquid sample.
