The stool has an open hollow cylindrical casing (1) with a recess formed in one side of the same radius as the casing. The casing has a padded upper cap (3). The casing has lower feet (2) which fit into cut outs (4) in the upper edge of a further stool on which the stool can be stacked to aid stability when stacked. The open side of the stool allows use for storage of articles.
