The mechanism has a main body with a casing and a flap cover that are connected with one another by a bolt. A fork-like hinge is provided at the front top side of the casing and includes side pieces (13, 14). A keypad and a display are provided in the casing. Output and drive wheels (15, 23) are provided to open the cover, where the wheel (15) is arranged at the inner side of the piece (13) and engages with the wheel (23).
