The cooler fan has a fan motor (2) and driver circuit(3) connected thereto. A temperature control circuit (4) connected to the motor and driver determines a drop in the temperature of the electronic element and issues a voltage signal to control the motor so that it reduces speed. A minimum speed temperature adjustment circuit is electrically connectable to a measuring circuit. A second electric switch is connected to the measuring circuit and a third electric switch is connected electrically to the second switch and the circuit for producing a voltage drop.
