COMBINATION OF FLUAZURON AND IVERMECTIN AGAINST PARASITES

The use of a combination of 1-(4-chloro-3-(3-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyloxy)-phenyl)-3-(2,6 -difluorobenzoyl)-urea (I) and an avermectin compound (II) for controlling ecto- and endoparasites in useful, domestic or pet animals is new. The use of a combination of 1-(4-chloro-3-(3-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyloxy)-phenyl)-3-(2,6 -difluorobenzoyl)-urea of formula (I) and an avermectin compound of formula (II) or its salt is claimed for controlling (or in a process for controlling) ecto- and endoparasites in useful, domestic or pet animals. R1 = H or a sugar residue of formula (i) or (ii); R2 = CHMe2, CHMeEt, C(Me)=CHCHMe2 or cyclohexyl; bond 'a' between C-22 and C-23 = a single or double bond; R3 = H or OH if the 22(23) bond is double; or H or =NOMe if the 22(23) bond is single; R4 = OH or =NOH. An Independent claim is included for an active agent combination for controlling (or in a process for controlling) ecto- and endoparasites in useful, domestic or pet animals, comprising (I) and (II), preferably at a ratio of 100000 : 1 to 1 : 100.
