PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wearing material for feces treatment of being suitable for using together disposable diaper or diaper cover.;SOLUTION: A feces storing part is formed from a lamination layer body that is comprised of a surface layer 11, which has at least one opening 21 of 20-5000 mm2, a feces retention layer 12, which is three dimensional network structure and touches to the bottom face of surface layer 11, a water absorption layer 13, which touches to the bottom face of feces retention layer 12 and an impermeable rear face layer, which covers the bottom face of water absorption layer 13. It is formed that the width of lamination layer body becomes narrow toward the front end of feces storing part and a sealing bank 16 is formed on the side end part of surface layer 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
